We, at Rallitribe, take quality seriously and make the best effort to satisfy our valuable customers. However, unlike automated machine production, handmade products always have a chance of minor imperfections. For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we honor your decision and are happy to accept the return within 15 days of purchase (*wooden products excluded), along with the proof of purchase. However, the product should be unused with the original tags attached and must be in the original packaging and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return, if the return item is damaged, altered or not in its original form by any means.
Returns will be refunded in its original payment method (excluding shipping fee, which is not refundable) after receiving the product in its acceptable form. We will send email notification when we receive the product and initiate the refund. Please allow up to 10 working days to process the refund, from the date of receiving the return item.
Customers are also requested to verify the product once delivered. If you receive the wrong or defected product, please contact us immediately. We will offer free return service and provide a new item or refund.
We keep our inventory data updated on our website, however orders are subject to availability at the time of dispatch. If any of your items are unavailable at the time of packaging, we will refund the amount for that item and notify you via provided email address.
Please note - purchasing of clearance and sale items are final sale, and not eligible for return or refund.
* Wooden products need to be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.


Please contact us at and provide order/invoice number, product information and specify whether you want to exchange or return the product. Once we receive your email, we will issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for that product.
Once RMA is received, please pack the item along with RMA label in box and ship it to the return address in RMA using your own trackable shipping method. (Rallitribe is not responsible for returns that are not received.)
Once the return item is shipped, please inform us and provide shipment information.
